FAQ

Questions about the product, pricing, and content use.

About the platform

What is Givon AI?

Givon AI is an AI workspace for short videos. In one window, users can assemble scenes, work with references, voice, music, editing, and export instead of switching between separate generators and editors.

How do users start?

After registration, users receive starter tokens, can create a project, and evaluate the editor. Regular generation then uses an active subscription or a token balance top-up.

Technologies and models

Which models are available?

The catalog includes Google image family models: Nano Banana, Nano Banana 2, and Nano Banana Pro; Kling 3.0 with Basic / Pro modes and sound settings; Runway Gen-4.5, Veo 3.1, and Hailuo 2.3 for video; and ElevenLabs for voiceover and music. Available modes and token costs depend on the current catalog release, selected model, and generation scenario.

Can users upload their own materials?

Yes. Users can import photos, videos, and music, and use their own materials as references inside a project. This is useful when a video is built around existing people, products, or footage.

What is the output video format?

The main export standard is vertical 1080x1920 video (9:16), designed for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Payment and rights

How do plans differ?

All plans unlock paid generation inside the service. They differ by token volume and reserve for more intensive work. Start: 300 tokens. Creator: 900 tokens. Ultima: 2,200 tokens. Plans can be billed monthly or annually: with an annual cycle, the annual amount is charged for 365 days, while the "/ month" price is shown only as an equivalent reference.

How do tokens and top-ups work?

Tokens do not disappear. Purchased top-ups, gift tokens, and promo bonuses can be used without a subscription. Subscription tokens are also preserved, but they can only be spent with an active subscription: if access ends or the subscription is cancelled, the remaining balance is frozen; after a new subscription, it becomes available again together with the new package.

Is partner balance the same as tokens?

No. Partner balance is tracked separately from account tokens, follows partner program rules, and is not used as a regular generation balance. Refunds, purchase cancellations, and partner accrual holds are processed separately from subscription and top-up tokens.

Is there auto-renewal or hidden renewal?

There are no hidden activations. If the service offers subscription auto-renewal, a promo code, or token auto top-up, the user sees the terms, amount or charging rule, and cancellation method before enabling it.

Who owns the rights to created videos?

The service does not claim rights to results created by the user. They can be used in commercial projects, advertising, client work, and monetization if the source materials, third-party rights, platform rules, and technology provider restrictions allow it.
