By creating an account, using the website or application, confirming checkout, contacting support, or submitting materials for AI processing, the user consents to the processing described in this notice and the Privacy policy.

This consent is used to operate Givon AI, provide digital access, protect accounts, process payments, respond to support requests, and complete generation or editing requests.

• checkout and billing data such as plan, subscription status, transaction ID, and refund status;
• technical data such as IP address, device data, browser data, cookies, logs, and security events;
• support data such as messages, attachments, ticket history, and issue resolution notes;
• project materials such as prompts, uploaded references, generated images or videos, captions, audio, metadata, and export data.

The service may also process derived technical or project metadata to operate generation jobs, enforce limits, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Card payments are processed by Freedom Pay acting as the payment gateway; it may process buyer identity, card, and transaction data to complete payments. As the seller, LLC "GIVON AI" processes invoice, tax, subscription, cancellation, and refund data.

The service receives only the payment and subscription data needed to activate access, display billing status, handle support requests, and keep financial records.

Generation and editing requests may require sending prompts, uploaded references, source materials, or derived project data to AI model providers and media processing providers. The data shared is limited to what is reasonably needed to complete the requested task.

The service may also use hosting, storage, email, support, analytics, security, and monitoring providers to operate and protect the platform.

Providers used for hosting, storage, checkout, support, analytics, security, or AI processing may be located outside the user's country. Where this happens, data is processed for the purposes described in this notice and the Privacy policy.

The user may withdraw consent or submit a privacy request by contacting support@givon.ai.

Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before the request was received. Some data may still be retained where required for account access, payment records, security, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
