Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to run the platform, including hosting providers, storage providers, email and support tools, analytics and security tools, payment processors, and AI model or media processing providers.
AI generation requests may require sending prompts, uploaded materials, references, or derived project data to third-party AI providers so they can process the requested output.

8. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for account access, project storage, service delivery, support, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and fraud prevention.
Users may request account or data deletion by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security, refund, or dispute reasons.
9. Security
The service uses technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, logging, backups, and operational security practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable steps are taken to protect user data.
10. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Requests can be sent to support@givon.ai.
