1. Service and contact

Givon AI is an AI content workspace available through the public website and application under the Givon AI brand.

Support and buyer questions can be sent to support@givon.ai.

2. The service

The service is an AI content workspace for creating and editing visual media, including images, short videos, avatar-led scenes, voiceover, music, references, projects, and exports.

Available models, generation modes, output formats, token costs, export behavior, and feature limits may change as the platform and third-party AI providers evolve.

The service is delivered digitally through the website and application interface. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Accounts and access

Users must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, payment misuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.

The user is responsible for all prompts, uploaded materials, project assets, and exported results created or stored through their account.

4. Paid plans, subscriptions, and tokens

Paid plans unlock access to generation and editing features using token-based usage. Current English plan prices are shown on the pricing page.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually. If an annual plan shows an equivalent monthly price, that amount is for comparison only; the annual charge is billed for the full annual period.

Plan tokens remain on the account but may be spendable only while a subscription is active. Purchased top-up tokens, gift tokens, or promotional tokens may have separate usage rules shown before purchase or activation.

Tokens are internal service units only. They are not money, stored value, securities, or transferable external credits.

5. Paddle checkout and Merchant of Record

For purchases made through Paddle Checkout, the order process is handled by Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment transactions, payment taxes, payment-related buyer support, and eligible returns or refunds.

Before purchase, users should review the selected plan, price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and any cancellation or refund information displayed on the website and checkout.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Users can cancel subscription renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a period that has already been paid.

Refund rules are described in the Refund policy. Paddle may review and process refund requests as Merchant of Record.

7. Content rights and acceptable use

Users retain rights to their own lawful source materials and are responsible for having the permissions needed to upload, process, generate, edit, publish, or monetize content.

The service does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs. Users may use outputs for commercial purposes if they comply with applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, and AI model provider restrictions.

Users must not create, upload, or distribute illegal content, non-consensual likeness or voice content, deceptive impersonation, infringing material, malware, harassment, sexual exploitation, or other harmful content.

8. AI limitations

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a specific use without human review. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, client delivery, marketplace use, or other external use.

Third-party model availability, processing time, token cost, quality, and safety behavior may change without advance notice.

9. Privacy

Personal data and project-related data are processed as described in the Privacy policy. Paddle may process buyer and payment data under its own buyer terms and privacy notices.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated when the product, checkout flow, pricing, legal requirements, or provider infrastructure changes. The updated version is published on this page with a new update date.
