Payment terms
These payment terms explain pricing display, checkout, subscriptions, renewals, token top-ups, digital delivery, cancellation, and billing support for English checkout purchases.
1. Current prices
Current plan and token top-up prices are shown on the pricing page and in checkout before purchase. The user should review the selected plan, billing cycle, total price, tax information, renewal terms, and token allocation before confirming a payment.
Prices, plan limits, model availability, token costs, and feature limits may change over time. Changes do not affect a completed purchase unless the user changes, renews, or upgrades the plan under the displayed terms.
2. Seller and payment processing
LLC "GIVON AI" is the seller and the seller of record for purchases. Card payments are processed by Freedom Pay acting as the payment gateway. Payment collection, calculation and collection of applicable taxes, receipts, payment-related buyer support, and eligible cancellations, chargebacks, returns, or refunds are handled by LLC "GIVON AI".
The service does not store full card numbers. Available payment methods and payment authentication may be controlled by Freedom Payand the user's card or bank provider.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
Subscription plans may renew every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the option selected before purchase. Renewal terms, renewal date, billing period, and price are displayed before checkout confirmation.
The user can cancel renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but normally leaves the paid access period active until the end of that period.
If a 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan shows an equivalent monthly price, that amount is informational only. The selected multi-month plan is charged upfront for the full billing period.
4. Token top-ups and service units
Tokens are internal service units used to run generation, editing, media processing, and export tasks inside Givon AI. Tokens are not money, stored value, securities, or transferable external credits.
Token top-ups are one-time digital purchases unless a separate recurring top-up feature is clearly offered and accepted in the future. Token usage may depend on the selected model, generation mode, input media, output format, duration, and provider cost.
5. Token availability
Plan tokens may remain on the account but be spendable only while the related subscription is active. Purchased top-up tokens, gift tokens, or promotional tokens may have separate usage rules shown before purchase or activation.
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or serious terms violations may reduce, freeze, or revoke related plan access, unused tokens, bonuses, or generated-output access where appropriate.
6. Digital delivery
The service provides digital access through the website and application. After payment is confirmed, the account receives access to the selected plan, subscription period, or token top-up. No physical goods are shipped.
If access is not delivered after a successful payment, the user should contact support with the account email, the order or transaction details, purchase date, and selected plan or top-up.
7. Failed, cancelled, or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled, is reversed, or cannot be verified, plan access and tokens may not be activated. If a payment is later reversed or refunded, the corresponding digital access, unused tokens, or related bonuses may be removed or adjusted.
Users should contact support if they believe a payment was completed but access was not applied to the account.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund policy. LLC "GIVON AI"processes approved refunds back to the original payment method; refund timing may depend on the payment method, the user's bank, and Freedom Pay processing rules.
