Shared projects: your team and client in one project
Invite people to a project by email and give each one a role: a client views and downloads, contributors generate, an admin manages members. The owner decides whether to pay for the team's generations.
A project in Givon AI belongs to its owner, who can invite other people into it. The invite goes by email, the person accepts it from their own account and sees the project in their list next to their personal ones.
The role sets what a member can do. A Viewer sees the project and its materials and downloads results but runs nothing. An Editor edits the project and runs generations. An Admin also invites people, changes roles and removes members. Only the owner can delete the project and manage the budget.
Each person has their own subscription. By default a member pays for generations from their own balance under their own plan: the owner's discounts, unlimited generation and number of parallel runs do not carry over to them.
The owner can cover the team's generations: turn on Pay for member launches and set a monthly limit in tokens. Member runs are then charged to the owner's balance, the price is calculated under the plan of the person who runs the generation, and the Members panel shows how much each person has spent. A failed generation returns tokens both to the balance and to the budget.
You can simply forward a link to the project. Anyone who opens it without access sees a Request access button, and the owner gets an email and decides in Members whether to let the person in and with which role.

The client gets the Viewer role: they see how the work is going and download finished materials themselves.
A small team
A producer, an editor and a designer generate in one project, with no need to send materials around.
A freelancer on the project
An outside contributor works as an Editor, and their generations are paid from the owner's budget within the limit.
An agency with clients
Each client gets a separate project with its own members and its own generation budget.
FAQ
Does a member need their own subscription?
No. Without a subscription they generate from their own balance at regular prices, and if the owner has turned on the budget, at the owner's expense within the limit.
Do my discounts and unlimited generation apply to members?
No. Each person has their own plan: the price of a run is calculated under the plan of the person who runs it, even when the owner pays.
How many people can I invite?
The limit applies to each project and depends on the owner's plan: 1 member without a subscription, Start 2, Creator 5, Ultima 10, Studio Pro 25. The owner does not take a seat; unanswered invites do.
What happens to materials if I remove a member?
They stay in the project. The person loses access immediately, and the project disappears from their list.
Who sees the budget spending?
Only the owner: total spending for the month and the amount for each member.
